Turkish / Greek coffee

A classic coffee that is served all over Greece all season round. After we drink our coffee our a ritual that most people love is to "read" the coffee cup to predict the future.

Ingredients

• 4 small coffee cups of water
• 4 teaspoons of sugar
• 4 teaspoons of Greek coffee (found in Greek groceries)

Directions

1. In a pot add all the ingredients stir and on low heat wait until the coffee starts to form bubbles and rise, remove and serve in the small cups that you measured the water.
2. You can also make it without sugar, or you can add more sugar, depends on your liking.
