Ravani a traditional cake with semolina, syrup and coconut, we usually make it in the summer and serve it with vanilla ice cream.

- In a deep bowl, put the sugar with the eggs, and the vanilla pod, and mix with the mixer until they become nice and fluffy, add the yogurt, the melted butter, mix and then add the dry ingredients and mix, be careful not to over mix.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180' Celsius for 45 minutes. Until you have a nice golden brown color. Poke with a tooth pick in the middle to see if it's cooked, if not continue to bake until the tooth pick is dry. Once done remove from the oven, cool down and add the syrup, sprinkle some grater coconut on top.
